Myofascial Massage

Myofascial massage is a therapeutic technique specialized in treating pain and discomfort caused by tension accumulated in the muscles and fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles and organs. Tension can occur both localized and general, as the fascia connects the entire body.

One of the main causes of myofascial pain is “trigger points”, small areas of tension accumulated in the muscles and in the fascia around them. These spots are painful and have the ability to radiate pain to other parts of the body as well.

Our massage technique consists of analyzing the body by areas to identify tense points and applying controlled pressure to the affected fascia and muscles. The therapist works localized on the affected tissues and releases tension step by step.

The benefits of myofascial massage are the release of tension, improved mobility and flexibility, pain reduction, and restoration of blood circulation. This type of massage is personalized and adapted to each client, as the body reacts differently to this therapy.
